PHILOSOPHY

I believe in the healing power of exercise and healthy living. My mission is to help my clients transform their lives through fitness, wellness and nutrition. Every client I train is unique, with his or her own needs, strengths and weaknesses. I carefully tailor each workout plan to guide my client to optimal health.
 
The primary goal of exercise is to improve the quality of your health and life.  I teach people to approach exercise with realistic expectations, to celebrate their achievements and having fun, while making strides towards a healthier life. It’s about progress, not perfection: training smarter, not harder.
 
I enjoy training people of all ages and levels of fitness. For me, training is about building a relationship of trust and support, listening to and observing the client’s needs so that I can do my best to meet them. It gives me great satisfaction to work with clients in achieving their goals.
