PROCESS
With all new clients I like to begin with an informational interview. I will field any questions you may have about my approach and tell you more about what you can expect from working with me. It gives me an opportunity to assess your goals and needs and to learn about you, any current or past injuries you may have, your capabilities and interests.
If we decide to move forward, I will use our first training session to assess your current mobility and strength, and determine the presence of any musculoskeletal imbalances and postural concerns. Once the assessment is complete I will determine the best course of action for your specific needs. I will create your training program and give you supplemental exercises and stretches to do in between sessions that will accelerate your progress.
I utilize effective science-based principles and training methodologies to create a comprehensive and individualized program so each client achieves measurable and sustainable improvements in health and wellness.
As we work I will constantly assess your progress and recovery and keep adapting the program as you grow.
